To ensure their longevity, we recommend following a few simple rules:
- Protect your piece from rain or water. If it gets wet, gently blot the bag with a soft, light-colored cloth to absorb the liquid.
- Never overfill your bag. If it becomes difficult to close, it means you have put too many things inside and should remove some.
- Avoid any contact with greasy products or products containing solvents or alcohol (such as perfume or cosmetic products).
- Avoid prolonged exposure to heat or intense light.
- For light colors, avoid rubbing against other materials that may bleed color (such as denim). For dark colors, avoid prolonged contact with light fabrics, especially in a humid environment.
- Be careful not to scratch your piece against abrasive surfaces.
- To clean it, gently wipe your bag with a soft, slightly damp cloth, without rubbing, then let it air dry.
In case of a stain, do not rub: contact us and we will advise you according to the material of your piece.
