Refund policy

SHIPPING

Shipping is done via Colissimo to your home. 

Any order placed before 9 AM (business day) will be processed the same day, or within 48 hours.

During peak periods, such as the holiday season or sales, processing times may be extended up to 7 business days.

DELIVERY TIMES:

The delivery time is considered from the moment the package containing the Products is handed over to Colissimo.

It takes 2 to 4 business days for mainland France and 2 to 5 business days for Corsica.

For Belgium, the delivery time is 2 to 8 business days.

Colissimo Home Delivery - no signature: €8.80 incl. VAT

Colissimo Home Delivery - no signature: €0.00 incl. VAT - FREE for orders over €80

Other EU member countries: Colissimo Home Delivery - with signature: €22.00 incl. VAT

Return Policy:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product.

Please return the product along with the order number to the following address: Bellelux, 7 rue Chapon, 75003 Paris.

You also have the option to return it in person during our opening hours at the same location.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well.
